1. HOW LONG IS SHIPPING/DELIVERY?
- We are based in Singapore and now ship internationally around the world. 
- Local courier; 1-2 days delivery.
- Overseas courier; 3-8 days delivery.
- We are not in control of any delays during this COVID19 pandemic.

2. I DON'T HAVE PAYPAL! HOW DO I SHOP?
- Once you have proceed with checkout, the only button you will see for payment is Paypal. Click that and a pop up will prompt you to choose your preferred payment method; credit or debit card option.

3. OH NO, I TYPED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS!
- To be fair, we only send to the address stated in our records.
- Immediately drop us an email at wigsbysalome@gmail.com

4. CAN I RETURN MY WIGS?
- We pride ourselves in making sure the wigs we sent out are in perfect condition and meet our criteria.
- Should you need to return/refund, please do drop us an email at wigsbysalome@gmail.com within the first 24 hours.
- Wigs must be returned within a week and in the exact same condition; unworn and lace uncut.
- If you have any doubts before purchasing, please contact us and we will help you choose the right wig.
- Please allow slight colour difference upon receiving your orders as it might differ on every device.

5. HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY WIGS?
- Always brush your wigs starting from the bottom & work your way up.
- Wigs by Salome are made of premium synthetic fibres & is heat friendly of up to 180º.
- When washing, use a mild shampoo & condition it for about 10 minutes.
- Always air dry your wigs & never brush it when it is wet.
